YOUR
PLATFORM
IS WAITING.
From first clean to national podium — Forge builds competitive weightlifters under warehouse lights, chalk dust, and iron discipline.
Cross the Threshold
Stop training alone.
Start training with purpose.
Commercial gyms are where goals go to stagnate. Forge is where athletes arrive with a number in mind and leave with a story to tell. Our programming is built on periodization science and competitive experience.
The Forge Method
Periodized programming
built for the platform.
Every Forge athlete follows a 16-week macrocycle: hypertrophy base, strength accumulation, technique refinement, and meet-specific peak. No guesswork — just a clear path from where you are to where you need to be on competition day.
01 / Strength Base
The Foundation Pull
Six-week cycles building positional strength, bar path discipline, and structural integrity before intensity is ever introduced. No shortcuts — just iron work.
02 / Technique
Technical Mastery
Video analysis every two weeks. Your coach breaks down the pull, the turnover, and the catch — frame by frame until the movement becomes instinct.
03 / Competition Prep
Peak & Taper
Eight weeks out from your target meet, programming shifts: attempts get selected, openers get practiced, and your mind gets hardened for the platform.

The Trials
Hardest sessions.
Biggest PRs.
Our athletes don't describe their journey as easy. They describe it as worth it. Read what happens when the programming meets the work.
I walked into Forge at 38 convinced my window had closed. Marcus looked at my footage and said I had three years of PRs left in me. He was right. I hit a 212 total at nationals last March — 34kg more than I thought possible.
Dani Kowalczyk
71kg / Masters 35+

Conference championships were 12 weeks out. I had a 261 total and needed 280 to medal. The Forge peak block was brutal — I nearly quit week four. Week twelve I opened at 125, hit 133 on my third snatch, and walked away with silver.
Theo Abara
89kg / Collegiate
Two years ago I was deadlifting in a Planet Fitness, watching YouTube tutorials, wondering why my numbers weren't moving. Forge gave me a platform to train on, coaches who actually watched my lifts, and teammates who showed up at 6am.
